Vehicle Description
2009 Chevy Express 2500 Extended - converted into a camper setup with tons of extras. Around 210,000 miles and runs great. BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION W/ WARRANTY, installed in September 2020. NO RUST.
****Not all pictures are current, I included several from stages during the build so you can see the work done. It you would like to see it in person or arrange a video call, we can set up a time most days. It was most recently registered in North Carolina, but I transferred the license plates to another vehicle. Clean Title.***
I purchased this van in 2017 with plans to create a multi-day or multi-week adventure vehicle to travel the country. Prior to owning it, it was a contractor's van in Houston, Texas for several years. It has been on several road trips out west, but I settled in WNC and no longer have the need for it now that I live in a tiny home. I never 100% completed the build, but it is fully functional as a camper now. It would make a great base to put your own personal touches on it. It drives extremely well and is super quiet on the highway given the added insulation. Could also make a great work van if you wanted to renovate it for your own needs. Could be set up as a weekend getaway van, or as a full-time rig too. Even below 32-degrees, if you crank up the heat before you go to sleep, it will stay bearable until early morning. The addition of window coverings and an auxiliary heat source could also be added.

Willing to negotiate on price, as it needs some work and the interior isn't 100% complete. Contact me for more information.
