Used 2009 KIA Spectra In Great Condition with Renewed Parts & Receipts for sale in TAMPA, FL

I will be buying a truck so im unfortunately selling my good boy.its a solid and clean car. Moved from AZ to FL with it. Everything works perfectly like the cruise control,speakers,radio,windows etc. No engine or transmission problem, smooth gear changes. Cold AC, starts blowing cold in like 10 seconds. All electronic windows,child lock,heated side mirrors and side Airbags. 2.0 engine, 138 HP. I did a lot of fixes on it in this year so the buyer won't be spending money on it for a long time. here is the list of the parts that are changed,

Alternator, spark plugs, ignition wires, both lower control arms, both tie rod ends, all 3 belts(AC,power steering and alternator), windshield, air filter, rear brake discs and pads. And front pads would still go like a year if you will just use it to go to work and stuff. Also tire camber and toe angle adjustments was done 2 weeks ago. I spent more than 1500$ with parts and labour. I have photos of the receipts of all of those parts i can show it to you when we meet. Fixes were done because of it's age not because of an accident.

Some little scratches here and there. Medium size scratch on front bumper right side you may be able to see in the pics it doesnt show from distance and little bump on the right rear side also in the pictures and the white line you see next to it is not a scratch its just reflection from the ground. rear window tint got bubbly but i didnt care about it if you do its around 50 i guess. 3 tires are good and 1 of the rear tire's outer side is worn but tire is not at dead level. Which was in front and bad toe angle caused it thats why i got it fixed and put that on rear. It would still go for several months and tire price for this car is around 65 so its not a big expense.

There is no cuts or holes on interior like seats,doors,or dashboard all good and no sunburn on the paint its nice and shiny. It has the spare tire with the tools. I think thats all.
