Used 2009 subaru wrx for sale in wyoming, WY

I'm selling my 2009 subaru wrx. It has a AEM cold air intake, nvidia cat back exhaust, and it's on a cobb stage 1 plus tune. The car runs and drives really well. Most issues are all cosmetic. There is minor hail damage, and there are paint chips and scratches here in there along with a small crack on the back bumper and a very minor dent on the drivers front quarter panel. The traction control light and hill assist light are both on, I was told and did some research and it's a sensor I just never felt the need to fix because its AWD and it never bugged me. Also, previous owner went with a smaller surpintine belt so it skips the AC compressor wheel so thus no AC. All it would need is a bigger belt to loop the AC compressor to have AC again. I never use AC in any of my vehicles so this never bugged me either. Those are the only 2 mechanical issues with the car and neither affect how the car runs or drives. The only reason I'm selling is because I am waiting something newer. The price is 9000 firm! Call or text for more details and to come see the car.
