2009 Volkswagen GTI - like new, only 64K miles - always kept in closed garage (and I work from home) - excellent conditions, no smoker, no pets.
Never been in accident (reported or unreported).
Leather seats. Sun-roof. Fully loaded and accessorized (Autobahn package, Ipod adapter, etc. ). Specs are below (and in picture).
Pink slip in hand; Original owner with all original paperwork of completed factory maintenance (I still have the dealership paper from the window ) and repairs and maintenance (new set of tires and recent fluids changed ) .

Only cosmetic defect is the headliner that is coming loose in the back seat, that I fixed with some pins and it is holding fine. It would cost about 4-500 dollars to have it completely replaced (if you want to do it) and that is why I took $500 dollars of the asking price of 10K ( and that is something that you would not even notice that is there).
