Used 2010 535i Sport $8k OBO for sale in Lawrenceville, GA

Selling my 2010 535i. I bought this car mainly because I knew what the engine could do but also because I have never seen another 5 series in this color. I am a college student, so I have no need for a car like this, therefore I am selling it. First off, let me get all the negatives out of the way. The paint is not perfect; it has a few scratches, dings, and chips. The interior is also far from perfect. It was not fun to look at when I first got it and I've spent a lot of time cleaning it and redying the leather in the front. It still is very far from new, but at this point it is what it is. Also, the head liner is sagging. I'm 90% sure this only happens in BMW's with the beige interior because my last 5 series did the exact same thing and I've seen it on others with the beige interior. The knee supports on the seats do not work. It looked like someone tried to manually extend them and they broke the plastic worm gears in the mechanism. This car does have a rebuilt title and I have post a picture with the damage it had when I bought it. The only two things that were replaced were the front bumper and the right headlight housing. Other than that, it only needed paint work because the clear coat was peeling. So far, the front end, rear end, right quarter panel, and roof have been repainted. Everything other than the front end was just me being picky. If I didn't have to move back in town for school, the whole car would have been repainted by now. Now, moving on to the positives on this car. It's a BMW, it drives the way a car is meant to. It's comfortable, fast, has a great audio system, reliable, and surprisingly good on gas. It's one of those cars that you fall in love with every time you get behind the wheel. Last but not least, below is a list of some of the options the car has as well as what all has been done to the car since I bought it.
Options-
- Sport transmission w/ paddle shifters
- Comfort seats w/ heating
- Navigation w/ traffic info (updated to 2018)
- High Definition Radio
- Adaptive Xenon Headlights
- Cruise control with brake function
- BMW LA wheel star spoke 124
- Sports suspension settings
- Dynamic Drive (hydraulic sway bars)
Things that have been added or changed-
- Valve cover gasket was changed at 95k miles
- Oil filter housing gaskets both changed last week (112k miles) due to a leak.
- Valves were cleaned at 89k miles (when I got the car)
- MHD Stage 2+ (This ain't your grandma's 535i)
- Spark plugs changed to NGK Laser Iridium ILZKBR7B8DG
- Pads and rotors changed at 109k miles to R1 concept drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads.
- LED halo's and fog lights
- A ghetto cooling solution (see pics). Basically I used the washer bottle and pump and connected them to a line with misting nozzles that spray water on the intercooler. Using hot water, the intake temps drop by 10C.
- Roof is painted black (in case it's not too clear in the pics)
- Rear tires are almost new. They have about 1k miles on them.
