Used 2010 BMW 135i All major maintenance done! - - by for sale in Renton, WA

For sale is my black on red 2010 BMW 135i. The car runs and drives great. Over the last year, I’ve put over $16,000 into this vehicle to ensure all regular maintenance has been done, and that it is a reliable vehicle (I have invoices for all parts and labor!). Now I’m moving to Portland, and need to sell due to storage constraints. The car has a $3600 wheel and tire package on it consisting of BBS CH-R wheels and Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires. The car is tastefully lowered on adjustable ST Coilovers (made by KW Automotive).
The car still needs a little love, but this car would be a great daily driver and part time track car, strictly a daily driver, or rip it apart and make it a 700HP track beast. With an N54, the possibilities are endless - and all the expensive maintenance has been done for you. ;) The interior is very nice, and I’d rate it 8/10. The exterior has what you’d expect to see on an 11 year old black vehicle in the PNW. Some dings and scratches, and minor cosmetic issues. I’d give it a 7/10

I’m hoping to recoup some of the money I’ve got into it and am asking $13,000 OBO. I am not looking for any kind of trade at all.
