N54 6 speed manual transmission
Real M-sport car
Super clean, adult owned, has been garaged its entire life (and it shows). Previous owner purchased as a CPO car, and it has really good maintenance history. 133,850 miles
It has the following mods and maintenance items:
- Speedtech Single Turbo kit using a Garrett GTW 3684 (62mm capable of 750bhp). The kit has around 10,000 miles, and the current turbo has only 300 miles on it.
- Mfactory single mass flywheel
- 550i clutch
- Walbro 450 LPFP
- NGK 97506 plugs gapped to 0.020”
- VRSF Intercooler
- Aftermarket charge pipe/BOV
- MHD flash tuned using Motiv Boostbox and 3port Mac valve to control boost
- 1,000 miles ago the following maintenance work was performed:
- New rod bearings (plastigage verified each con-rod to proper clearance)
- New crank seal, rear main seal, oil pan gasket and new bolts
- New serpentine belt and pulleys
- New oil filter housing gasket (o-rings)
- New valve cover gasket
- Walnut blasting to clean intake valves
- CeraTec oil additive
- Oil changes every 3,000 miles with Liqui Moly 5w40
The car is super clean, runs and drives great, no codes or lights, no odd noises. Always let the oil warm to 180+ before getting into boost. I’ve had a few E90’s, and this has been the nicest/cleanest one in my searches, regardless of miles. The only hands that have touched this car are BMW techs, followed by two engineers/BMW enthusiasts. The reason for selling it – I have too many cars, and it just doesn’t get used (1,000 miles in the last 2 years). Note - any test rides will be done with me driving it. Clean title in hand.
