Vehicle Description
2010 Lexus GS350 AWD
Matador Red Mica over tan interior
* Exterior is 8/10 - regular use scratches, few rock chips
*Interior 8/10 - slight stain on front driver seat, center arm rest leather has cracked leather (common for these cars)
Features:
* 3.5 Liter 303HP Direct Injection 24-Valve V6 Engine with Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence (VVT-i)
* 6-Speed Sequential Shift Automatic Electronically Controlled Transmission w/Intelligence (ECT-i) All Wheel Drive
* Front Independent Double-Wishbone and Independent Multi-Link suspension
*Auto-leveling, adaptable headlights (lights move with steering wheel on curves at higher speeds)
*Auto dimming mirrors
*Auto Rear Sunshade
*Heated and cooled front seats
*Bluetooth/ Navi (not Mark Levinson)
*Front and Rear parking sensors and backup camera
*Sunroof
The good:
*Everything works, mostly serviced and inspected at Lexus of Arlington
*Paint taken care of - detailed regularly - clay bar, paint correction, sealant (the vehicle glows, Jet Seal applied twice a year)
*Interior cleaned regularly with leather cleaner and conditioner (some of the stain on drivers side is gone bc of this)
*Non-smoker
*replaced rear brakes (calipers, brake pads, rotors) last year
*recent oil change at Lexus of Arlington
*Daily driver, but I work from home so it sits in a garage all day (less than 3k miles between 6-month routine oil changes recently)
The bad:
*Previous owner accident - part of left side repaired and repainted- paint is clean and matches pretty well- no peeling or fade though (fender , front door, potentially rear fender but its hard to say)
* Both right side wheels have been repaired and repainted - I drove over a brick buried under the snow in the winter
*left rear shock is leaking - needs replaced ( I would probably consider replacing both - probably a 2000 dollar job)
* Front cv boots need replacement
Final thoughts;
I have owned the car for 4 years and was extremely happy, but just lookin for something newer. The car is a joy to drive and I have 20% window tint all around except for windshield. Never had police/nighttime driving issues). Perfect car for those that want more room than the IS has to offer. Im tall and this car felt right for me. Im a car enthusiast so I take care of all my cars, and this was no exception. The car needs a few grand to bring it to top shape which I mentioned above- from there, itll serve for at least another 80k miles with minimal maintenance work. After all, its a Lexus.
