Vehicle Description
This Nissan has been dealer kept up to 120k miles and maintained by local shops the past 2 years. This was driven locally to get the kids to and from school and sporting events, but they are moving out now and we dont need all the room.
It features a 6 cylinder engine (the Armada has the heavy 8 cylinder) and we average around 18 city and 24 highway. It has been well maintained, recently changed out water pump, thermostat and radiator. Last year the brakes were done, new rear rotors and pads. The rear tires were done about 6 months ago. Front tires are about 50% worn.
The three row seating is great for moving up to 8 passengers seated comfortably. The two rows also lay down flat to create more cargo room if needed. This was the reason we originally purchased from the dealer in 2012. (It had 28k on it when we bought it).
The interior is in good shape but the drivers seat material is worn down on the left side from getting into the vehicle. This is common because of this design. Also the power window switch for the rear left window does not work from the master, but does from the drivers rear switch.
The body is in good shape for its age, but the florida sun and love bugs have taken a minor toll. It still shines but the front bumper was repainted about 8 months ago due to love bugs causing paint to flake in spots. Also has one minor dent from backing incident about 2 years ago...over the rear passenger tire. None of this affects the way it drives.
We have a clear FLORIDA title. Asking price has a little room for negotiation,
low ballers and tire kickers will be ignored.
