Used 2011 BMW 128i 6spd, runs great for sale in dallas, GA

This is currently my daily driver.though I work from home most of the time. It runs and drives great. Shifter is butter smooth, clutch is great. It's a lot of fun. Interior is in very good condition. Leather doesn't have any tears, dash is clean. All of the pixels in the dash work, which can be a common flaw for BMWs. A/C works great, has nav system (though it's vintage 2011). Here are the "issues" and why it's priced less than other 128i's out there. It has a slight oil leak coming from the rear main seal. It's not much, just a drop or two a day. I had/have no plans to repair it until the car needs a new clutch.which I don't expect anytime soon as the clutch is great. Heater isn't as hot as it should be, I'm not sure why. A/C is fine, compressor is good. The car has 135k miles, so it has a scratch/ding here and there as you'd expect at that mileage. Since we have owned the car it has received a new valve cover gasket, new high side a/c line, brand new battery, left rear wheel speed sensor.

I absolutely love this car. The reason I'm selling is that I already have a very heavy German car garage/driveway and want to lower the number of higher maintenance cars I own. Going to sell this and pick up something Japanese. Feel free to ask anything you want.
