PRIVATE SELLER (Not dealer - got posted under wrong classification)
Single driver use, 95% highway driven miles (work is 52 miles each way for me), maintained through BMW dealer (90%) and German car mechanics (10%).
Inspection completed in Oct 2019 (sticker 10/20).
Clean. Non-smoker. No pets. Never been in any accident. No claims. No damage. Minor paint wear on front/corner bumper. Always parked in garage.
Brakes and Tires replaced within 12-14 months. Front light washers have kept headlight very clean.
Drives well. No issues so far.
Motivated to sell as replacement car will arrive in 2 weeks and I need the garage space. Hence pricing it below what KBB and Cars.com is recommending for private sale. I can share additional photographs. Please see one of the photographs with all additional features in the car in addition to standard one (I custom ordered this car in Jul 2010 and got delivery in Oct 2010 hence some features may not be standard package features like front light washer, comfort keyless entry/start, etc.).
