Used 2011 JEEP PATRIOT LATITUDE 4X4 --PLEASE READ-- for sale in Richmond, TX

Selling my 2011 Jeep Patriot Latitude 4x4, very good conditions, silver color, black interior, 2.4 vvt engine not the small 2.0, on the fly 4x4 switch, all power, cold a/c, seat warmers, remote start from the keyfob, hd xm radio, foglights, antislip control, hill descent control, very good working conditions, 150k miles, very few scratches consistent with age, no rust, no dents, good tires, 4 wheel disc brakes, properly dealer maintained, premium rims, interior with no rips smells or stains, Clean Clear Blue Title.
Now, the bad, transmission has started to slip, I mean this car has a CVT transmission and those feel like slipping while accelerating, but this is like slipping more specially at away from a stop, don't know if needs a fluid change, some part change or new transmission. It is fully drivable, my wife uses the car, there is no Check engine light or any light or code present but yes the transmission is slipping sometimes.
KBB estimates for this car is 6k so im asking half of it assuming worst case scenario, im not a dealer so no financing, no I wont ship the car, no I wont send Carfax, simple cash in hand face to face deal where I live nothing shady.
