Used 2011 Kia Sorrento EX V6 for sale for sale in Henderson, NV

I bought a new car and am selling my Kia for $8500 (KBB retail value) which is a $400 bonus to the new owner because I purchased 4 new tires last year. Due to COVID, we haven't traveled anywhere and the tires are essentially new. It's been a great family car with a 3rd-row seat and fits 7 persons comfortably. 1 fender bender accident in 2014 was not reported because it didn't cause any damage to the car. By California law, repairs under $750 do not have to be reported. A complete Carfax report is available with this information and all the maintenance services performed. Even with the accident, Carfax values the car at $10,060 (see attached screenshot). In fairness and to expedite a sale, I've used the KBB retail price ($8500). Just had an oil change 3 mo ago. Only 2 owners in 11 yrs. Ice cold A/C (I had the freon changed last year), heated front seats, electric powered drivers' seat adjustment, front and rear sunroof, dual-zone auto temperature controls in front, rear camera, dimming rearview mirror, an overhead console, driver and passenger vanity mirror with lights, cruise control, Bluetooth, keyless entry, voice control, power windows, inflatable and adjustable lumbar support, and much more. The black leather trim and interior are in excellent shape and won't show dirt or dust. Non-smoker. Plenty of power since it's a V6. Minor chips in the paint and a pebble hit the front windshield that has been repaired by a qualified glass company. Photo attached. The drivers' passenger window does not work.
