Used 2012 Buick Lacrosse Premium III Engine? for sale in Virginia Beach, VA

I have an absolutely gorgeous Premium 3 loaded Buick Lacrosse. It has the White Diamond Tricoat paint job which was a special order color that was $500 extra. It has heated and cooled seats, navigation, bk up camera, blind spot monitors, heads up display, internal cd burner, panoramic sunroof you name it. The car is super clean inside and out! However I drove it thousands of miles past the oil change due time and the engine started knocking this morning. I didn't realize how much driving I did. I'm the 2nd owner and bought it from a Senior Citizen. Here's my dilemma. I can get a used motor for about 1000 to 1200. I owe $7300 to Lendmark Financial on this car. I'm not interested in fixing it, but I will if that's my last option. I'm willing to finance a buyer, but you will have to fix, rebuild or replace the engine. It still drives, but not how it should. I will give you a $300 a month car payment. I can even get the engine fixed for you if you pay for it. MSRP on this car as seen on the window sticker was $40620.00 and all the luxury features are all in working order! I work at a car lot so I have access to another car. (SERIOUS INQUIRY'S ONLY) Also open to any suggestions.
