Used 2012 Ford Focus TITANIUM-Great condition/Low Miles! for sale in Kalamazoo, MI

For sale I have a Silver 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback, titanium edition with the cold weather and technology packages. The car currently has 92,500 miles however this will go up slightly as this is my daily driver. It is the 5-speed manual transmission and I am the second owner of this car after it was owned by a church in Detroit from 2013-2018 for the pastors use. The car is in great condition inside and out, aside from a couple small blemishes. The car is the highest trim(model) being the titanium and has the following features:

Mechanically this car is basically perfect. I have been driving this car now for about 8 months and love it! And have had no problems mechanically, and have also had all the recalls that were needed done at Tapper Ford(paperwork all available from services). The clutch is still extremely tight and catches great. It was replaced at around 78,000 but I wasn’t able to get paperwork on that from previous owner, the car runs and drives great though! Everything works and no check engine lights.
