Vehicle Description
Listed is a pretty much fully loaded 2012 Ford Fusion, Sport package with the 3.5L V6. To my knowledge I am the second owner of this car and have had it since 39k mi. I really, really love this car and have done my best in the time that I've had it to take utmost care of it. I'm selling it purely for financial reasons as I'm going to be looking to buy a house soon and this is a chunk of debt that I could really afford to be without. The body, paint, and drive-train are all in excellent condition and I've only had to have really minor work done in the time I've had it. I've done every oil change no more than 6k miles apart and have pretty good maintenance records even though I do most of my own work. Over the last couple of years it's spent it's parked time in a garage since I've had one available. I did my best to even use the block heater whenever it was below 32 degrees for the least amount of engine wear.
The car does have some minor wear and tear as to be expected since this was a daily driver.
The car is bought-out and in my full ownership so there should not be any hiccups with the transaction.
NOTE: I have only just recently done the buyout of the car and am still waiting for the title in the mail. If you are an early viewer and see this message, let me know and we can still meet to look at the car, I expect to have the title in a couple of days. (I'm posting it now to get a little extra exposure)
Here's a summary of notable features:
- Sony Premium Audio
- SYNC with bluetooth
(non-navigation, which is really out of date anyway)
- Backup Camera (in rear-view mirror)
- Heated Seats, driver and passenger
- Full Leather
- Moon roof
- Block Heater
- Parking & Cross-traffic sensors
- Blind spot alert
- Select-shift 6-speed transmission
I do have a couple of included 'mods'. These included contribute to my asking price:
- Steeda "Cold air" intake (mostly for sound)
- Steeda strut tower brace
- Steeda 1" lowering springs
I still have all of the stock parts if you were to want to revert if back
Here's the work I have had to have done:
- HVAC blower speed resistor (Common failure with this HVAC system)
- A/C compressor (bearings were failing and noisy even though I don't use it much)
- Front brake pad replacement
The only thing that I think it would need fairly soon is tires. It needed new tires when I bought it, and as a broke college student at the time, I bought pretty cheap tires. They've done well for me but will need replacing.
