Used 2012 Honda Civic LX - 40+mpg - low miles for sale in Sioux Falls, SD

Up for sale is our 2012 Honda Civic (2 door coupe) - asking $7450 OBO. It has 87.5K miles, which will go up as the car is being driven.

This is an unmodified example, owned by a middle aged adult.

SUPER reliable - after all, it's a HONDA!
Also super economical - this car has the "Econ" option. Gets at least 40mpg every tank, have gotten north of 45 mpg several times as well (see pic).

- Automatic transmission
- Cruise control / Tilt / Steering wheel controls
- AM/FM/CD (OEM)
- GREAT heat and AC!
- Power windows / locks / ABS brakes
- 3 keys, 2 of them have built in clickers (both work)
- Stability control
- Everything else you would expect - jack, spare tire, owner's manual
- Everything works!
- I believe we are the 3rd owner, we don't smoke and have no pets, nor did previous owner (who was in his 70's)
- 4 matching tires in great shape - they have about 25K miles on them
- Windshield isn't cracked
- Very clean interior, fresh coat of wax recently applied to exterior (by hand)

ISSUES:
- There is a 4 inch "scuff" on the lower right corner of the bumper (see pic)
- There is a 4 inch scratch in the middle of the rear bumper (see pic)
- Tire pressure light is on (all tires are fine, I just ignore it)

All issues described above, and I mean EVERYTHING, is shown in the pics. If you drove two hours to view this car you would not leave disappointed, I have pointed out everything.

PERFORMANCE:
- Runs and drives perfectly, as would be expected of a relatively late model Honda with lower miles.
- Oil change in the last 4K miles, air filter in the last 10K miles.
- Car has 87.5K miles, will go up as this is being driven.

I am selling this as I don't like the low seating position. While I LOVE the fuel economy, I would prefer to sit up higher in my Corolla wagon (aka: Pontiac Vibe).
