Used 2012 Subaru Outback Wagon 4D $11,000 obo for sale in Kahului, HI

Aloha, I’m selling my 2012 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited Wagon 4D. Everything is current through 2020. It’s fully loaded, plus a few after-market parts as well. Pretty much everything is listed in the pictures but the basics are-

I’m the original owner. I bought it new in Seattle, and as you can see from the pictures, I have taken good care of this car and it has done the same for me. I have never added anything to the engine other than K&N products, I left the tires and rims the same size to guaranty the factory specifications for warranty and performance. It has 142k miles, and about 80% of those are highway miles from working in sales on the mainland. EVERY SINGLE service has been done at a Subaru Dealership and I have all the receipts to show it. I also have the receipts for everything including the after market parts. It has a clean car report, I did have to fix the front right strut once but it’s never had any actual body damage or collisions. It has aftermarket wheels with Yokohama Tires, a custom EnG Classics Grille, a Pioneer DVD, Navigation, SAT Radio head unit and U-Haul Tow package with a 2” ball and 6,000 lb rating. The car came fully loaded with the Harmon Kardon speakers and sub in the back. It has the Boxer Engine, paddle shifters, moon roof, reclining rear seats, under carriage puddle lights, and roof racks(see pictures for everything else). I had an extended warranty until 100k so everything has been taken care of and honestly there really weren’t many issues at all. I really don’t want to sell it because I would assume its got a good amount of miles left in her, but I have a truck now and just don’t have room for both. This car is pretty quick and fun to drive, and I really enjoyed the piece of mind of All Wheel Drive. I can easily fit a 9’0 board in the car with the front seat down, I can fit 1-2 bikes depending on size, and the back is plenty big to sleep in if you don't feel like dealing with the mud in Hana. I have included all of the Kelly Blue Book info, I am asking $11,400 or best offer. I have the title in hand and both of the original key/FAB's as well as the wet key.
