Used 2012 town and country for sale in Conyers, GA

I am selling a 2012 town and country Flex Fuel that I bought hoping I could get it fixed myself.

The radiator cooling fan is not coming.
It only works when the AC is running.
I'm assuming the fan is good so I replaced the computer and still didn't work then I replaced the TIPM module/fuse box and still not working.

I dont have the time and money to keep on spending on this so I'm letting it go 3500 obo as is.

It's got leather seats
Power driver seat
Power lock
Power windows
Power rear vents
Power tailgate
Power sliding doors
One VES tv in the back and of course the touch screen
Bluetooth hands free calling
Voice activated commands
And it's got the 3.6L V6 engine.

I haven't driven it that much saying I haven't gotten the tag on it yet but it won't throw any DTC codes. And won't even show pending codes either.

I will take some good pictures of the interior tomorrow during the daylight.
