Used 2013 Caprice PPV, Runs Great, Low Miles for sale in Hatboro, PA

I'm looking to sell my 2013 Chevy Caprice PPV with just over 50k miles. I bought it and started to build it with the intentions of adding a turbo and dailiying it but found another car I'd rather build. It has a gen3 iron block 5.3 with gen4 rods and pistons with the rings gapped for boost. DOD deleted, all new gaskets and seals throughout the motor, etc. I drove car before the snow everyday to work and never had an issue with it and only stopped because of the snow. Ended up getting another car over the winter and driving that currently. It has brand new tires, new brakes and rotors, all new fluids and also comes with a bunch of extra parts like Texas speed ceramic coated headers, deep trans pan and filter, and HPtuners setup. The car is in great shape but does have some scratches and dents. The back bumper does have some paint flaking off as well. The interior is in good shape and only real issue is a rip on the back of the drivers side seat from where the police cage used to be. I'm asking $9,500 obo and if you have any questions please let me know. I have a clean title for it as well.
