Rocky is a 2013 Ford F-250 4.6L V8 SuperDuty van with only 96,000 miles. This was loaded with awesome traction control, anti-roll stability system, and the ability to run E-85. Always corporate-owned and fleet-maintained before this build, which tells you that the Ford “recommended maintenance” schedule was followed to a tee, and that any worn part was replaced without question. NO worn steering, no clicks, no clunks, and nothing feels blown or squeeky. The airbag light is on at this time, and I’ll update this if I'm able to figure out why.

Mechanical:
- "SuperDuty" edition provides better suspension & cooling system than standard E-250 vans!
- Runs and drives like new: 2013, only 96k miles! Ready start & drive anywhere in North America.
- A/C and Heat work great
- Engine is super quiet - so quiet, sometimes I forget it’s running!
- Electric locks work, windows work, and has original wireless lock/unlock remote + 3 keys
- Transmission shifts flawlessly, as fluid was serviced regularly
- Wheels are freshly aligned
- Brakes are great
- Brand-new Cooper Discover HTP tires all around, spare appears brand-new

Issues:
- Front seats are stained (time for hemp seat-covers!)
- Windshield is cracked, and there are some scratches / dings on the body (previous company sold boxes and packaging, and the sales manager said that the employees were poor forklift drivers!) – no accidents as far as I know
- Rear door needs to be closed medium-hard, or it only latches half-way

Campervan:
- 26 Gal Watertank with External Fill port (look for white plastic port above gas tank)
- Sustainable, durable cork flooring
- Automatic water pump with rear shower (or dogwash) with quick on/off to conserve water, and kitchen sink (no pumping necessary, EVER
- Water tank serves as kitchen island, coffee table, cook surface for a hotplate, and has a light-up notch in the front, so you can always tell how much water is left! The silver switch on the kitchen is for this light.
- 1500w Power Inverter: Power for laptops, hairdryers, hot-plate, or other 120v appliances
- 3x always on cigarette-style ports in the dash (never smoked in, just the ports!)
- 3x LED Ceiling lights – dimmable, via knob on red wall (positioned for ease-of-use when entering, exiting, or sleeping in the van) – these get super bright, and super dim!
- 2x 100w (200w total) Reynogy Solar Panels with Reynogy Controller
- Rear Cook Drawer is extra-wide and on 500lb slides. A 200lb man can stand on the drawer, with absolutely no issue. Your dog will love laying on it! Also wonderful for tanning and cooking outdoors!
- Fan-tastic 12v Ceiling Fan – Crack the front windows and leave this on for a constant breeze or while cooking!
- 2x 105ah Datacenter Batteries – Sealed, AGM (one on each side of rear drawer, will add pics soon!)
- 4GA Silicone-coated 100% Oxygen Free Copper power and ground wires throughout, and to front battery so van charges the batteries when it's cloudy!
- Costway 12v Refrigerator – always on, solar provides more than enough power
- Bluetooth Pioneer Stereo with back-up camera (SO CRUCIAL for city parking & backing out of camping spots!)
- High-End Infiniti Reference front speakers for JAMMIN on the highway!
- 4” memory foam mattress, exactly a “full-size” mattress for ease of buying sheets

What does it need before a cross-country trip?
- A driver (you!)
- Little touches, decorations, curtains, bedding
- Gas & insurance
