The second Photo in the garage is Today. It is getting Detailed Tomorrow, but they ran out of time. Hence any dirt you see in the photo. The Interior was detailed, but the lighting sucked in the shop. I hope to pull it out Tomorrow for more pictures.
2-Owner, CLEAN TITLE, 2014 BMW 335i xDrive M-Sport Sedan with 132k and extremely rare 6-Speed Manual Transmission. Finished in the most desirable color, Estoril Blue Metallic over Black Leather. This is the LOWEST PRICE CLEAN TITLE 335i xDrive M-Sport Manual Transmission in the U.S. A couple of minor accidents, but that is it. Any other comp you find is RWD and a rebuilt title. Owned since 2016, purchased by myself with 38k off lease from BMW of Atlanta and shipped it to MA. Absolutely 100% original. Zero Mods ever aside from a Rear Spoiler. If you follow these cars at all, that is huge. Almost all you will find have been messed with from Suspension to Tunes. I have the OEM Carbon Fiber Spoiler as well for the next Owner.

Current needs. Valve Cover Gasket, Steering Rack, Wheels to be refinished. All three can wait if needed but Rack and Valve Cover would need to be addressed for sure at some point. I daily drive the car everything, so no issues there. Just inspected last week for MA State.
New Windshield, Front Differential within past 10k miles.
Service always kept up to date. Good Tires and Brakes, Clutch is strong. No warning lights of any kind.
Do have a current payoff, however, it is a local bank, Workers Federal C.U. I am also Rep for the Bank at the dealership I run. The car will be detailed this week (Friday), with a nice photoshoot. Also will be detailed before delivery and ceramic coated for the new owner.
