Vehicle Description
Only one owner. Work has been done by shops or myself
Clean and clear title, in great condition
I have all maintenance records and have kept up on regular maintenance ever since the beginning.
It has been in Juneau the past 3 years, before that it was in Colorado, Idaho, and Utah.
It has treated me well for a long time, but it is time for something else.
Average around 17 mpg.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
I do NOT have the rear bench seat. I took that out when I first bought the vehicle and haven't ever needed or wanted it.
Here is a list of all accessories and add-ons:
Warn Elite Series Full Width front bumper
Warn GEN II VR10 Winch - 10,000 lbs
ARB Winch kit, dampener, tree trunk protector
AEV Heat reduction hood
AEV Snorkel
Quadratec LED Headlights and fog lights
Rigid fog lights w/ amber covers
Metalcloak Overline rocker panels
Frontrunner Slimline roof rack w/ shovel and axe mounts, ski rack, and tie down points
Hi-lift jack mount
Falken Wildpeak AT3W tires, matching 5th tire (purchased in January 2021)
Cobra CB Radio and antenna / PA Speaker
Vector offroad full width dash bar with Ram Mounts phone mount and ipad mount
Grabars grab handles and foot pegs
SpiderWebShade mesh sun shade
Marine grade double USB port on dash (not included in photos, was added after)
Molle platform solutions overhead panel with 3 pouches
Blue Ridge Overland XL Tire Storage Bag
Superchips Flashpaq tuner
Carhartt seat covers
Tinted windows
Weathertec floor mats
I replaced the stock foam bumpstops with polyurethane ones last fall which should last forever now.
I added left/right headlight adjustment screws. Jeep JKs made for sale in the U.S. do not come with a left/right headlight adjustment, only an up/down adjustment.
Fluid filmed the entire undercarriage last fall for rust prevention.
Will come with a box of random parts and accessories.
Speakers were packed with sound deadening filling. Definitely helped improve the sound a bit.
I replaced the hard top seals and windshield rubber gasket last fall.
I used the Superchip Flashpaq to turn the tire pressure dash light off because my wheels don't have the pressure sensors so the light would always stay on (very annoying).
Issues:
Recently had an oil change, but it's due for a transmission fluid change.
Ski rack front rack latch is broken, so I've been using a ski strap to hold it down for the past few years with no issue.
Currently the steering column controls (radio station tuner, volume control, dash control) do not work, happened within the past month. The cruise control buttons do still work. I took it to Alaska Auto Repair and they said it was a clock spring issue and to take it Mendenhall Auto to get it fixed. Don't have a quote from Mendenhall Auto yet, I scheduled an appointment for the beginning of October, but probably be around ~$800.
It is a Jeep, it does occasionally leak on heavy rain days from the upper door jam corners, and where the rear door meets the hardtop.
