Used 2015 Cadillac SRX for sale in TAMPA, FL

Black Cadillac SRX with Black leather interior. Selling because I have another vehicle for work and don't need a second vehicle. Great Condition, recent oil change (July), good brakes (replaced in last 6 months), Brand new lower fron control arms (under warranty), COLD AC. No Accidents, bought from dealership, clean CARFAX (no, I wont pay for it but your more than welcome to research), FL vehicle. One item needs to be fixed which is the right side catalytic convertor. That is why its priced as is. Have the Cadillac dealership quote and other car places have quoted the same to fix. (Approx. $1650.00 with labor included). If you want me to get it fixed prior to sale then the price will be $9650.00. I will not however get it fixed until we have a signed bill of sale and a down payment of the $1650 before getting it fixed to ensure good faith. either options are ok for me. I'm available most evenings and weekends for test drive.
