Vehicle Description
I purchased this Rubicon from a dealership as a trade-in just last year and put about 12 thousand miles on it in 11 months. 100K service was just done, there are no issues with this jeep. The 100k service involves replacing the spark plugs. To do that on jeeps the intake manifold has to come off. When that happened I also replaced the oil filter mount bracket which can only be done with the manifold removed. Those brackets are notorious for leaking oil and the original one was leaking a bit but no more. I upgraded the headlights and tail lights with high beam off-road lights and have the factory ones in a box. I have the spare tire and carrier in immaculate condition. I took it off and put the spyder plate there for easier access to the tailgate. I bought brand new neoprene seat covers and Trushield floor mats when I bought it from the dealership, they are still in new condition. The pictures show the neoprene covers on the all the seats, the factory cloth below is in perfect condition. All service and maintenance are up to date. Oil was just changed.
I'm selling because I got a job on a ranch up in Sonoma. The ranch is seven thousand acres with rough terrain. I need a truck that I can beat up without diminishing the value. This jeep is a clean well maintained example. I haven't been off road in it and it doesn't look to me like the previous owner had either. I'm looking for a gen 1 Tacoma manual 4x4 and may consider trades for that truck only.
