THE VAN

• 2016 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 144”WB RWD Van with the 7 speed 4 cylinder engine and transmission for best fuel efficiency.

WATER / PLUMBING

• 20 Gallon Fresh Water tank - Interior mounted and will not freeze in winter. There is a water level gauge on the interior control panel so you always know your water level.
• 6 Gallon Grey Water Tank – Exterior under the van with a heat pad to prevent freezing in winter. Has an Electric drain valve for easy draining.
• 4.4 Gallon Isotemp Marine Electric Water Heater – Produces extremely hot water that when mixed with cold water can provide 20 gallons of consistent hot water for showering.
• Outside Hot Water Shower – between the rear doors in the “garage area” of the van is a outside shower with on/off shower head and thermostatic mixing valve for finding that perfect temperature for rinsing down yourself or equipment.
