Used 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer ES AWD 119k for sale in Manchester, NH

For sale is a Silver 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer ES with the upgraded 2.4L engine with 119k mikes. The car is Automatic with AWD, which you can switch to FWD with the push of a button.
I am the second owner and have had it since 2017 18k miles, about 90% of the miles put on we’re all highway as I drove from Manchester to Dracut 6 days a week. It has been well taken care of with routine maintenance being followed.
The exterior of the car is in good shape, except the drivers side rear quarter panel where someone backed into it while in a parking lot. A small fender bender. There is no rust anywhere.
The interior is in excellent shape, no rips, tears, or stains. Newer tires with less than 5k miles, the battery and rear breaks/rotors were done a year ago.

I just purchased an SUV since the families growing and needed something a bit bigger and I am not allowed a parking permit for a third vehicle at my condo.
The only issues with the car and this is reflected by the asking price, the Service Transmission message comes across the dash. I had it checked out and it showed a trouble code P0776. It needs a new pressure control solenoid. The car starts up with no issues at all, the more it warms up the better it runs. With the family, work and having purchased a new car already I just don’t have the time and money.

I own the car with a clean title on hand, no liens, banks or anything else to deal with. I’m asking $9,200 OBO cash or a certified bank check.
