Used 2016 Nissan Altima SV (Low Miles) for sale in Henrietta, NY

I am selling my Altima to get into a bigger vehicle. I am a former mechanic, and took very good care of the car. It has only 43,600 miles on it, and all the proper maintenance has been done. Never missed an oil change or tire rotation. I've replaced the brake pads myself (just replaced the rear pads a few weeks ago), and got a new set of tires this past March.
I use it basically just to get to and from work every day, which isn't a long drive.
There is a lein for the car loan I have on it, but not much left.
There were technically two accidents, a fender bender, and a side swipe, both of which were cosmetic, and repairs were made. No frame damage of any kind.
The Altima does have an extended warranty from Nissan that is good through the end of 2023, or 84000 miles, which is some added incentive.
I am pretty firm on the price.
Most Altima SVs like these with low miles are going for 19 or 20k.
