Used 2016 Subaru Outback 3 6R Limited - Original Owner - Many Extras for sale in Athens, GA

My uncle special ordered this car and drove it for approximately 35,000 miles before selling it to me. It has only been driven in the south and has never seen any snow/ice/salt or off road terrain. I am extremely ocd about my vehicles as I try to keep them in the best shape possible. This car has only seen synthetic oil every 5,000 miles and has only been driven by my 65 year old uncle and now my wife and myself. Considering the miles, I travel 1.5 hours for work and we have driven it to Florida 7-8 times, to St. Louis 4 times, to Tennessee numerous times, and across the country to San Diego once. I would estimate a solid 50% of the miles being highway. It looks, drives, and feels new. We are only selling to purchase a larger suv for our growing family.

Extras:
Installed all weather rubber mats on top of factory mats throughout entire car.
Installed factory hitch/tow package (only used for our bike rack).
Thule Cargo Container (Large) mounts to the roof rack for added storage (only used 2 times).
Installed windshield tint strip and custom window tint all around car (keeps it much cooler and is very private).
Installed the newer model premium wheels which look much better.
Literally, just replaced all 4 brakes along with fresh oil change (4-24-21).

Considering the KBB value, the rarity of an Outback 3.6R in this condition, and the extras I listed, I am firm on the price. Whoever buys this car knows exactly what they're getting, one of the safest and most reliable cars on the market along with the highest resale value. It's a good investment all the way around:)
