Used 2022 Ford Maverick 2 0 AWD XLT w/FX4 4K! for sale in Portland, OR

I am selling my beautiful 2022 Ford Maverick 2.0 AWD Ecoboost w/the FX4 and 4K towing packages. Also includes co-pilot360 option.

I bought this truck in October because I had a gas hog truck and was hoping that I would get better mpgs due to long drives to work (Gresham to Wilsonville) and some food delivering services on the side. Turns out it's not the greatest in the city (I get around 20-22mpgs babying it).
Therefore, I want to get the 2.5 hybrid Maverick instead.
I love everything about this truck, the looks, the utility, the off-road performance in dirt roads and mud/ice. I just wish it gave better mpg's.

I did add the following little by little to make it look better and protect the paint.

-new General Grabber APT tires (excellent all-around AT tires; I still have the original Pirelli Scorpion AT tires w/less then 500 miles. Can sell with or without truck).
-20% front window tint to match the rears from Tailored Auto Styling
-factory Ford hood visor ver. 2.0
-factory Ford window visors
-factory Ford mud guards
-factory Ford soft tonneau cover (no leaks).
-new smoked front/rear license plate covers.

I know these trucks have all sold out until maybe next year, but I have connections to possibly get a hybrid out of state.

I'm asking $36000 OBO.
