Vehicle Description
If this ad is up, the car is still for sale. No scammers. Face-to-face sale only!
Move forces the sale of my project that is 80% complete mechanically. Everything has been rebuilt except the automatic transmission. The suspension is entirely rebuilt including shocks, lowering springs, spring seats and all bushings. The engine has been completely rebuilt with all machine work performed by Macon Motor Sports in Springdale (new rings, bearings, valve job, etc). I have already purchased nearly every part needed to get the car on the road. If a set of tires were purchased (about $300), this could be a roller. Things to do: Finish rebuilding brake calipers and install, paint and install front hubs (this might get done before the sale), gas tank refurbished and fuel lines replaced, heater core releaded and installed, then install all the ancillary things around the engine. I have almost $5K in this car. The price I'm asking is less than the engine is worth (check out the rebuilt engines at Vick Autosport). The body has some rust, but it is not structural. Floor plans are fairly solid. The interior is decent for a car of this age. I also have many extra parts that go with the car including a total of 10 alloy wheels that match. I have owned 7 of these cars and they are very fun and starting to increase in value. I just can't get it finished before my move at the end of November and i don't want to take it with me.
