Super clean factory turbo mr2. 91, white mr2's came with blue interior from the factory, but this one was swapped out for black. The carpet, dash, and all the interior moldings are black. Car was repainted about 5 years ago a metallic pearl white. Original color was white. Paintjob is good quality but it has been driven since so there are some rock chips here and there. Still a beautiful car. Any mr2 turbo under 10k most likely has paint faded and clear coat peeling, and will need a paint job. Still shiny and clear coat is in tact. Exterior is an 8.5/10. I have an OEM style front spoiler that will come with the sale.
Interior is super clean! 9/10. Has JDM door panels, newly reholpostered seats with new padding as well. I have pictures of the door panels and seats. I will be installing them before the sale. No cracks on dash, but it is starting to lift in the usual place. Comes with oem floor mats. No missing parts and all switches work.
Mechanically the car is solid. Turbo boosts loud and pulls strong. Has that turbo flutter, not sure if it's because of the billet wheel but it sounds dope! Clutch has been replaced and feels good. Contact point is not on the floor like a lot of mr2's I've test drove. No grinds or popouts. Does not overheat. No leaks at all.
Only issue is parking break got disconnected and doesn't work. AC blows but needs to be converted to R134, but it's all there. Does not have OEM antenna but there is an aftermarket one that works great. There is also a minor clunking noise in the left, rear wheel every now and then. Wheels and tires need balancing. Steering wheel shimmies right around 60mph. If this car was fully restored I'd be asking over 10k. I tried to be as transparent as possible. Selling as is.
