Vehicle Description
I am the third owner of this clean 95 Ford Bronco. I drove it about 10 miles everyday since I started driving it. This has been my daily driver and hunt truck for the past few years. This truck goes anywhere off road and never had to put it into 4x4, although it does work. this truck cruises nicely at 70 and even 80 but i would drive at 70 because of mpg. This truck pulled both my boats with easy and can get somewhat decent gas mileage if you try. Truck was rear ended last summer and has some body damage to rear tailgate and hitch but everything functions and damage is cosmetic.
EXTERIOR
The paint is mostly original. its a red truck so the sun got to the hood roof and bumpers. The previous owner repainted the hood roof grill tire rack and bumpers with a single stage. the topper has a ceramic heat and noise reducer sprayed on it and Al's bed liner over that. These trucks are known for getting cracks in the back of the drip rails, ford had a tsb on how to fix it, i followed it exactly and should never crack again, only problem is you can see the paint line slightly below the rails. it has custom recovery points bolted to the frame on the front, they are used with d rings. Has push bar front bumper with a light bar and 2 side mounted light pods.
INTERIOR
Truck is equipped with working power locks/Windows/rear window and 2 key fobs. All electronics and gauges work. A 120v power adapter has been installed on the side of the security/locking center console. All lights work inside and out. the interior has been completely pulled apart and carpet deep cleaned, and sealed any crack or gaps under the floor. The carpet has minimal stains and all the floor mats. I bought the truck with those mats so i think it has had mats since new. All 3 seats have covering custom fit seat covers on them, the driver side cover is a little ripped. all 3 seats are like new under the covers, the truck came with covers, i think its had covers since day one. The dash has no cracks. there is a autometer trans temp gauge on the IPC bezel. The previous owner built a 6" tall false floor that fits the the back perfect. the floor has tie downs on all 4 corners and 3 full length draws for tools and stuff. there is a cobra 29ltd cb radio in place of the ash tray, its connected to a 4' firstick on the spare tire rack, and a P.A under the hood. It also has a autodimming rearview mirror with compass and temp. The rear top is easy to remove if you want a convertible.
LIFT AND AXLES
This truck is lifted 4" with a d44 solid axle on the front. the solid axle is a far superior set up from the stock ttb especially with a lifted truck, with this axle it handles alot better on and off road than a lifted ttb truck, with out the alignment problems. and has a better turning radius. This axle was installed in october 2014 and rebuilt january 2016 by diesel tech and fab. with the solid axle you can run thunderbird calipers, they are slightly bigger then a f350 piston. both the calipers are napa Thunderbird calipers and were replaced about a month. the rotors and pads were replaced in january. the wheel cylinders are from a f250, the booster and master cylinder are from a f350. the brake lines are ss braid lines.
the steering and balljoints is a 1ton kit from ruff stuff. its very thick tubing, when the ball joints wear out you can replace just that one, unlike the stock setup
all the breathers have been extended with a filter. Shocks were replaced last year.
WHEELS/TIRES
It has 15" pacer wheels. it has more offset then stock but im not sure on exactly how much. it has 33" Nitto Mudgrappler MTs. they have about 70% tread left. Spare doesnt match set. I believe it's a wrangler tire.
ENGINE
this truck has a 351w that was rebuilt march 2015. it has about 28,000 miles on it now and no problems. all the gaskets bearings piston and seals are made by sealed power/felpro. the cylinders were bored out .30 all the bearings are still standard. It has gt40 heads that were also set to the machine shop. it has 4 hole ev7 injectors. it has a msd ignition and distributer. the rest of the engine is stock. the powersteering has been replaced with a saginaw pump and a fin cooler. this pump is far superior then the stock pump. the water pump has been replaced and the radiator about 3 years ago. alot of sensors and small parts have been replaced with motor craft and napa, i have receipts for most.
EXHAUST
it has pacesetter shortie headers, 3" mandrel bent bassani y pipe with a high flow cat, and a hooker aero chamber muffler. then it has custom dual pipe from big muffler shop that exit behind both tires.
TRANS AND TCASE.
the trans was rebuilt and has a punisher valve body so the shifts feel great. it has a slightly bigger pan with a drain. the temp always is low, stays under 150. 180 max when towing. The tcase was rebuilt and the oil pump retainer arm had the wear pin welded on, they are known for wearing through the case and spinning around breaking the tcase.
I know im missing stuff, this truck is solid and probably one of the best ridding bronco on craigslist right now. i have most of the recipts and the build machine shop info for the engine so you know what was put in.
This truck also won Bronco of the month on fullsizebronco.com a few years ago.
