Used 96 Camaro RS - Needs work for sale in Shelbyville, TN

Car was a project vehicle for a mechanic (local) and his daughter. many things in it are custom/aftermarket and make this car unique.

One example is the driver's seat, which is 9-way adjustable - a feature not available on this car originally. Another is the undercarriage lighting that we currently have disconnected. There is also a sub-woofer in the trunk.

We purchased this Camaro from the mechanic that put it together (Drew's Auto, Shelbyville), and my son has driven it for the 2 years since. During this time, he's repaired, replaced, or upgraded several things. Here are a few:
Alternator
Water pump
Fuel line
Window track (driver's side)
Rear intake valve gasket
Transmission mount
Serpentine belt

The car will start and run. The symptom we're seeing is overheating, but we were able to drive it home (~8 miles) without it getting too hot. I wouldn't attempt to take it much farther than that without some water handy.
