Used 99 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 Automatic 175k (needs some work) clean title for sale in Logansport, IN

I have a 99 Ford Ranger XLT for sale. It has 172k miles and a clean title. There are some things wrong with it.

The last time I drove it, it slipped out of gear while driving, seems to work just fine when I put it into 1st and 2nd gear tho.

The parking gear does not engage and the e brake cable snapped on me, I just use a block if I park in any incline(I will Include 2 rv blocks)

There is a lot of rust.

There is loud exhaust noise coming from the engine of the truck which I believe is caused by the intake manifold needing to be tightened, the bolts are really loose. (I included a picture of this)

The steering wheel has damage to the cruise control buttons but every button still works, cruise control works.

The tailgate does not stay latched, it will fall back down after hitting a bump.

Last winter I put it into 4x4 and it got stuck in 4x4 high and I haven’t touched it since, so that will need looked into.

ABS light has been on since I got the vehicle.

Ac and heater work but the top blowers are very weak, leg blowers are strong tho.

I believe I have listed everything wrong with it, I am trying to be Completely open and honest with this truck, if I think of anything else I will edit the post as necessary.

The truck does have a stereo deck with a usb and aux port; I am not sure what speakers are in the car but they are loud and have nice bass. The truck is actually very good on gas mileage; it only takes me $10 to get from Logansport to Kokomo and back again.
