Used amazing condition 87 Olds Delta 88 - cars & trucks - by owner -... for sale in Kings Mountain, NC

Up for sale is an original paint, original interior garage kept 87 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Broughham. I have pulled a carfax report and it is very clean with numerous records indicating the vehicle has spent most of its life in Cleveland Co. NC. The odometer indicates 180K and there is no discrepancy on the carfax. The vehicle was babied all its life as pictures show but suffered an engine problem around 2002 and was parked changing hands a few times before my son bought the car last year. I own a mechanic shop in Charlotte where the car underwent a mechanical refurbishment. we sourced a replacement engine which was freshened up getting new rod bearings, timing chain, waterpump, seals and gaskets, all new hoses and complete tune. We also replaced with a GM original the alternator and the drive belt. It was noted that the car has received at some point in the past a GM remanufactured transmission. We detailed the engine compartment while the engine was out and also replaced the radiator, thermostat, ac condensor, receiver drier and orifice tube. A new battery was purchased at Napa and the brake master cylinder and rear wheel cylinders were also replaced along with the front brake hoses. During this process the rest of the brakes were cleaned and inspected for issues, none being found.

Due to the fact the car had sat for so long it was necessary to replace the fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel sending unit and the fuel filter. Additionally the windshield was replaced. The car runs very well and is in amazing condition for its age. The 3.8 liter V6 developed 165 hp when new. the car has power door locks, power windows, power front drivers seat, 4 speed overdrive transmission and an am fm cassette stereo from the factory.

It should be noted that the tires are date coded for 2002 and should be replaced due to age, the trip odometer(separate from the main odometer) does not work, the electric antenna does not go up and down and the rear shocks seem a bit weak.
Comes with clean carfax report, original owners manual, jack and spare tire, and Oldsmobile cassette. Vehicle has zero rust, never wrecked, and only shows possibly the passenger front door being repainted at some point. otherwise the paint and interior show original.
