Always Towing & Recovery Inc. PUBLIC IMPOUND AUCTION via internet for towed vehicles abandoned at our impound facility.

We auction cars, motorcycles, boats, motor homes, trucks, and trailers as well as other types of motorized transport.

Vehicles are sold ~ as is ~ how is ~ where is ~ with no warranty or guarantee to the highest bidder for impound charges owed.

All emission control equipment related repairs and certifications are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Always Towing & Recovery Inc. does not accept the responsibility for the failure of any vehicle sold, or the failure of a vehicle to meet safety standards or emissions control equipment regulations as set by any Federal, State, or Local agency. It is the express responsibility of the buyer to comply with any safety or control equipment requirements prior to using any vehicle purchased.

Always Towing & Recovery Inc. does not in any way guarantee the odometer reading to be actual, true, or correct. All vehicles sold are sold as "TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN"

Always Towing & Recovery Inc. assumes no responsibility for third party claims on any vehicle, or the inability to obtain new registration on any vehicle unless such a problem was caused by negligence on the part of Always Towing & Recovery Inc.

Vehicles are not inspected and "most" do not have keys.

Winning bid will have 24 hours to retrieve with certified funds or cash. If winning bid does not follow through on pickup or payment the auction will be null and void and that bidder will be ban from future auctions in general. We have no history of the vehicles listed so we cannot answer questions. Any emails without any of all listed requirements * full name, address, phone number, vehicle last 6 of vin number, bid amount * will be deleted and banned from future auctions. If reserve is not met Always Towing & Recovery Inc. reserves the right to relist and cancel current auction. Bids must be in full dollar amounts. ( Must indicate at time of bid, if the vehicle being bid on is for parts or requesting to receive title. )
