Used BMW 325ci manual, CA car for sale in milwaukee, WI

Selling my 2002 E46 BMW 325ci - white coupe w/ ~186000 miles. I bought this car in Los Angeles, had it shipped to Milwaukee and have owned it for 4 years. It's time for a change.

The good:
- Every service record since I've owned it. I've always done preventative maintenance.
- CA owned for most of it's life
- Drives exactly as a 3 series should
- Exterior and interior are in quite good condition for it's age
- The original, complete tool set, pretty cool!
- Sport package from factory
- Cold weather package (seat heaters, etc.), leather and wood grain, power seats
- Clean title, ready to sell

The bad:
- The check engine light came on, the shop (O'Reilly Motorcars) has taken a cursory look and said it's probably related to emissions, which isn't a concern to me as I have the car registered in Waukesha. It doesn't affect performance in any way.
- The oil sensor is broken. It comes on for 10 seconds after startup then disappears. I opted not to fix this since I routinely check the oil and always do regular changes.
- The car has been smoked in.
- Minor scraps on the front bumper
