All of the listed modifications and maintenance have been done in the last 2,000 miles. Some of the maintenance items have been done several times in that duration, for example the oil has been changed about every 250 miles.
Comes with original manual, records, and several boxes of new spare parts and fluids. Including extra spark plugs, OEM tow hook, coil packs, floor mats, cabin air filter, additional gaskets, and much more.
Interior is fully stripped. No speakers or radio. No original center console, rear seats, carpet, or headliner. Dash remains intact.
Working headlights, brake lights, and indicators. Washer fluid has been deleted. No fog lights. Wipers and wiper motor currently not installed on vehicle but they would come included or I could install them in a few minutes for you.
HVAC box, heater core, AC, blower motor, etc. deleted
Cruise control deleted
Hydraulic hood struts are included but not currently installed
Battery tender included
Variety of BMW-specific tools can be included, such as compression tester with adapter, and fan clutch removal tool kit
No rust anywhere, no hail damage
Original Cosmos Black Metallic paint in 6/10 condition overall. Looks great from over 10 feet away.
All modifications and parts replaced listed here have been done in the past year
Street legal as well, for the most part. I drive it to the local track and back, as well as to various car meets and other events. Depending on where you live this will not pass emissions though.

Aftermarket water temp gauge does not read out (bad sensor likely, could be upgraded to AEM)
Slight oil pan gasket leak
Needs new brake fluid (I plan to do this very soon)
Various exterior cosmetic issues, dings and scratches, panel alignment, etc. This is a track beast not a show car :)
