Used BOX TRUCK TINY HOUSE 10, 000 obo for sale in Bristol, VT

2003 14 foot chevy box truck, use to be owned my maple wind farm. 300,000 miles, good tires. drives very well. Maintenance was regularly given to this truck. I spent a year fixing the truck and then renovating it into a beautiful tiny room on wheels. I've lived in it comfortably for almost a full year now. Its sooo well insulated that a 750 watt space heater kept it at 70 or above all last winter. Ive put TONS of time and energy and money and love into this project. But i want to continue building these, so i need the money. Its been parked in bristol for about 3 months now and I need to do the breaks and figure out where the power is being drained from. the battery (brand new) keeps dieing but its not the alternator. new rear leaf spring shackles. theres a couple different options to price rn. i can leave it furnished with a beautiful bead frame and mounted tv and pull out couch and shelves, carpet, desk. basically everything as you see if you want it. or emptied out. If you want it empty as is, ill do 9,000. if you want the breaks done and electrical quirk figured out, with everything, it'll be more around 13,000.
