Used Buyer beware for sale in Eaton, NY

Buyers beware of Mike and his son Hunter selling Subaru's in the Kirkville area on either FB market place or CL. I purchased a 2006 Outback from them in December for $5990. Their cars come pre inspected, so you think everything is fine, when its far from it. I had a check engine light come on the evening I drove it home and it got worse from there. While replacing brakes found that there was no e brake hardware(mandatory for NYS inspection). Took it to the shop for a stalling issue and found out the radiator was cracked and both lower ball joints/controls arms were shot and needed to be replaced(car never should have passed Inspection) as well as a new wheel bearing and coolant flush came to almost $1200. Now a week later the car overheats and is showing symptoms of a blown headgasket which would be another $1500 to repair. If you choose to deal with them be sure to take the car to your mechanic prior to buying it.

To be clear I messaged Mike several times during these issues and received little to no feedback(which leads me to believe he knew what was wrong and simply doesnt care)
