Vehicle Description
1991 Chevrolet G20 Sportvan Conversion
5.7 l V8, 700R4 OD transmission, Mark III conversion, factory built in power inverter to run TV and Nintendo. Has factory electric camping heater in back. Bench seat folds out into comfortable bed, seats in good shape. Has factory curtains that have the day or night screen option.
I have a cargo box to put on roof rack if wanted.
Has around 147k original miles.
Runs, drives, and stops good. Engine smooth and quiet, Trans shifts smooth. No tow bar so vehicle was not used for towing. Good tires. Electrical system is good and battery holds charge forever. Plates are good till next year. It's has sat for a long time. I was slowly doing maintenance but life leaving no time for extra distractions. I took it on a two hour trip not long ago with no issues. Body has no rust.
Things on my list I haven't got to.
Windshield was hit with a bb or something and needs replaced.
Paint needs a good buff.
The gas was old so I put fuel system cleaner, fuel rejuvenator, plus some high octane gas in to full. When it's driven till tank is near empty, could use a set of spark plugs and fuel filter. It's running smooth but is what I'd do. Tank is almost full.
Missing antenna for radio.
Passenger window regulator need replacement.
Ignition lock works but is a little loose and need replacement.
Battery tray needs replacement.
Probably some other little quirks I'm not remembering but for 31 years old it's held up nicely and is rust free.
I've looked up some parts. New Ignition lock is $15, new door regulator is $35, battery tray is $35.
The windshield is most expensive part at 300-425 from auto glass shop depending on option of factory or aftermarket replacement but I know someone who could instal a used windshield for far less. Same guy also said he could buff the paint in a few hours or do some of the other work. His prices are very reasonable and he is a hard worker.
Asking $3300. Email phone number and I will call you back. I have more photos but for some reason I can only upload 5. Can text a few more of tires and interior.
