Chevy Silverado Z71 Crew Cab 4x4 2005
Chevrolet Silverado Z71 Crew Cab 4x4 2005
Up for sale is my trusty Chevrolet 05 Silverado 4x4 Crew Cab 1500 Z71. I'm the original owner and I've used it as my commuting vehicle since I've owned it. It's NEVER been a "work" truck and since I live 40 miles from work, the miles are mostly highway miles. It's in good shape for a truck of its age. It's been very reliable for me, but I bought a new vehicle and it's time for the Silverado to go to a new owner.
Everything works great, including the 4wd -- just a few beauty marks over the years. A little rust starting to show on rockers and cab corners, but not too bad. Transfer case was rebuilt about a year ago including new housing. Other than fluid changes, no transmission or differential work has been needed.
All maintenance is up to date. I also just replaced all of the cluster gauge lights with LEDs, so that's been a major improvement at night in the looks department. Also, it has a Rhino Linings spray-on bed liner that's also in great shape. Like I mentioned, it's never been a work truck and I've just used the bed for work around the house. Bose sound system sounds very nice, too. It's a great half ton truck.
