Vehicle Description
Work. Truck.
Truck is located at pin if you want to look it over.
Pros:
Before me- new high pressure fuel pump, new radiator, new front brakes, rebuilt tranny, new emergency brake cables, air bags on suspension.
Since I've had it- new rear brakes, new windshield, new front suspension, new batteries last year, all driveline fluids changes, new PMD and relocated for easy access, block heater, new glow plugs, amp meters on both glow plug banks, EGT gauge, 7" BT touchscreen radio with backup cam and manual override, various LED light upgrades inside and out, new 4wd actuator, etc. Too many to list. I have service records and receipts.
* Gets 14-16 mpg loaded
* Quiet ride for an old truck
* Power seats
* Great headlights
* Long bed and rack
* Good tread on 3 tires and spare
* Very little rust
Cons:
* One tire has shoulder wear from before I had the front end work done
* Various body blemishes from being old. And a work truck.
* A/c installed, but doesn't hold charge (charging valve leaks)
* Minor brake fluid leak at booster
* Receiver and 7 pin trailer plug in are installed, but the brake controller doesn't seem to work
* Small tear in driver's seat (pictured)
271~k miles, 3rd owner. I got it April 2014 at 232k. Overall it was a great work truck for the last 6 years. Starts and runs great, but I needed to tow more than this rig is rated for. When these tires were new, I rarely needed 4wd- even when empty in the snow.
The silver on the roof is "peel off paint" to keep the cab cooler in the summer without A/C
Price has dropped- SOMEONE needs this running 4x4 work truck before winter really hits! $7,500 OBO, motivated seller.
