Used Dark Forest Green / Tan Interior 318 Plymouth Duster Runs Great! for sale in Farmville, NC

I purchased this originally in 1999 or so and began a one year restoration project on it. Since then, it has been sitting in my garage and occasionally driven. This would make a great daily driver or candidate for big block swap. Changing health and family situations have compelled me to reduce the size of my car collection. The features of this Duster are the following:
-318 cid 2bbl, runs strong. Did much of the top end work, replaced gaskets, valve job, etc. Replaced timing chain a few years back.
-Factory AC, works and blows cold, converted to R134a.
-Power Steering / Power Brakes both work well
-4.5 BP Rallye Wheels with Rallye Wheel spare in back (no center cap on spare)
-Paint job professionally done when the car was restored, still looks good since it’s been kept in climate controlled garage.
-Bumpers were re-chromed at time of restoration
-Good tires with plenty of tread left.
-Upholstery in good shape (front and back), front was re-covered at some point.
-GOOD Title, NO Liens, no surprises

One thing it could need is:
-Some play in steering wheel. May need some of the usual front end components / LCA bushings not sure. Can still be driven just fine.
