This truck is truly a one of a kind in this condition and at this price. Cosmetically the truck is close to perfect. We included plenty of pictures so you can judge for yourself. Mechanically the truck will pass any pre purchase inspection so bring your mechanic. It's a King Ranch so it's top of the line: Power seats, windows, pedals, bluetooth, back up camera, premium sound, hands free talk, premium wheels, tow package, bedliner, bed extender, $1700 matching locking tonneau cover, heated seats, and more. . .
My uncle has owned the truck for approximately 3 years. He's almost 90 and has decided to sell a few of his vehicles. He purchased the truck from the estate of a retired mechanic and has driven it approximately 4000 miles. He has upgraded the sound system and added blue tooth and a back up camera. He had all the fluids flushed at approximately 59k miles and had 4 new All Terrain tires ($1200) installed at 61k miles. Like the prior owner, my uncle knows a little something about maintenance. He owned an international aviation repair company for 25 years.
The truck is flat out beautiful inside and out. Take a few minutes to look at all the car website, Craigslist, Autotrader, etc in Arizona and nationally. My guess is you won't find another full size King ranch under 65k miles or any other loaded F-150 for under $25k, maybe not even $30k.
What's the catch? It's a 2003.
If you're the guy who would rather have a 2015 Lariat or King Ranch etc pushing 200k miles with deferred maintenance, there's plenty of those trucks out there for $15-20k or more.
But if you're like my uncle and believe the age and value of a truck is determined more by the upkeep, care, and mileage, then you know this truck is practically brand new and priced at only $17,200 is a great deal.
There's probably not another 2003 King Ranch in the country in this condition and mileage that's not in someone's F-150 truck collection (okay there might be a few but they're not for sale).
Due to my uncle's age and health, the truck will be shown by other family members. The title is in my uncle's name so if bank financing is necessary, we request that it's done at your bank branch most convenient for him.
Asking $17,200. The first reasonable offer will be accepted.
Please, seriously interested parties only. If you’re not ready to buy, just looking, or don’t have funds available, then please don’t make an appointment to see the truck. Let’s respect and not waste each other’s time.
Thank you.
