Vehicle Description
This truck is currently kitted out for electric cooking only - no cook-top, hood, or fire suppression. I intended to use it to serve steamed dumplings and pre-cooked foods so I never had a need for a cook-top - that being said, it could easily be retrofitted for that purpose. On the back of the truck you will see a bin that is meant to be used as a trashcan but can easily hold a propane tank.
There are two generators ( that run off of regular gas from the main gas tank. The company that helped me with the fabrication work, Gorilla Fabrication ( set it up so that the generators run off the main tank but once the tank is down to 1/4 they will stop drawing fuel, so you can;t run the tank dry by accident while running the generators. These have been used in testing and I have been going out and turning them on about every three months for an hour - they run great and quiet. I've also been starting and running the vehicles engine for the same time periods.
On the service side you will see the two motion activated auto-close service windows (motion activated from the inside). Next to those are two TV's in vertical orientation to be used for digital menu boards, or messaging for special events. They are protected behind lexan plastic cases. The silver piece below the service windows is the outside counter and also opens a space above the service windows, where the sunsetter awning is stored. I've included some pictures of the awning in the open position, with the LED lights on. There are also two marine-grade speakers hooked up to a receiver inside to play music (bluetooth compatible).
On the inside, there is a full size 3 sliding-door cooler, a counter-top 2 door cooler, a display roaster, and a 2 drawer warming tray system. The lights inside are LED and there is an air conditioner installed in the ceiling.
Not selling parts individually, only the truck as a whole and as-is.
