This special creation was modeled after a 1923 Ford Model T nicknamed "The Billet-T". It is the combination of "Lil John" Butera's all "Billet" suspension and Rick Santos' performance running gear. It has a polished "Billet" front torsion bar, Jaguar style 3.55:1 posi rear end with handmade "Billet" axles and rear independent suspension. John Butera (somewhat of a legend in Southern California) built suspensions for Boyd Coddington and Don "The Snake" Prudhomme. The highly modified 327 C.I./375 H.P. V8 was built by 5-time world champion drag racer Rick Santos who mated this brute of a motor to a completely polished TH350 automatic transmission, added an oversized polished radiator, and 4 wheel disc brakes to the build.
