THE STORY BEHIND THIS 1928 FORD MODEL A PICKUP About a month ago, I had an incredible (Numbers Matching) 1968 440 Plymouth GTX listed ... and ... a wonderful gentleman (a Pastor by profession) from South Carolina called me .. and ... had been looking for some time for the exact car we were offering. However ... He had to sell his '28 Ford Pickup first. Well ... I love Model A & B pickups (we have a '31 listed right now) and when I found out that it was chopped and had a 383 Stroker in it ... and ... "WAS BAD TO THE BONE" ... I was hooked and we made a deal. WOW ... were we pleased when it arrived at "The Hot Rod Ranch" and we had the opportunity to examined it (close up) ... this is ... a Beautiful '28 Ford Pickup. Also ... this has to be the most usable ... and ... drivable Model A Pickups we have ever owned. The builder arranged the cockpit in such a manner to make it comfortable for even a big guy (I am 6' 2" and over 250 lbs) to drive.
