Vehicle Description
Very rare Imperial Landau Sedan Convertible Chevy, only 294 Made before the depression Hit. Totally restored in the early 2007, first overhead valve 6, 194 C.I.D engine, There are only a few left that are restored, only have seen three. this model was only made in ONE COLOR Scheme this is the right one ,there are no Others, It took me 6 months to get the right colors made for this car. There may be more of these models around, but they are very rare. Have moved to another state and have no place to store it. , will consider a trade of newer classic GM, but would rather sell outright. There have been rumors that many more of these cars were made but no proof. There was a person on the west coast saying that he knew of hundreds still around but as far as I can tell he is making most of these stories up to diminish the value of these cars, for what reason no one knows. He has sense stopped all efforts. All you have to do is go to the car shows, Some have been all over the country and Said you will be lucky to see one! I have talked to people that have been going to cars shows for 30 yrs and never have even seen one. If they made all these special Imperial Landau Sedan Convertibles. WHERE ARE THEY ? ? There is very little record of these cars anywhere and most likely they are being mixed up with the common 1929 Landau Convertible, which were much more widely produced. If you want a Eye catcher, bring this to your car shows ,People are amassed ,they have never heard of ,or seen one of these before. this is a drivable Auto, it will go 55 mph without any problem, I have seen a Add In the June VCCA magazine, but the car is not Original, they have made Quite a few changes to it, To bad, they are rare.
